I think we hear a lot about transformation these days. It has become an almost ubiquitous description of what we understand the creative power of the Spirit to be. But like all popular words we use in our cultures and then amend as time passes, this one can begin to lose its meaning through what we might call the “delta effect”, i.e., like a river entering a delta, the meaning spreads out too far to have any punch left in it. I thank you for offering some clarity and challenge (as always), Scott. The point is too important for us to let it slip away.
